In 2005, my family moved to Billings, Montana after a decade working for the largest Title and Escrow
Company in the United States. Throughout my tenure I gained an intimate knowledge of title and
escrow. Diligently working my way up, I was promoted to VP of Operations and took part in the daily
operations including, payroll and human resources.
In 2010, I returned to real estate, creating my Transaction Management business while raising our son.
In 2015, I became an Auditor for a large real estate brokerage company while maintaining my
Transaction Management business. To date I have personally been involved in over 400 transactions
and audited thousands.
We had always wanted to be on the west side of the state, so in 2019, we moved to Missoula. I
understand real estate and know what a huge decision it is to either buy or sell a property. After 28
years, the one thing I realized is that communication is the key to it all. Communicating through
listening, negotiating or documents, they are all necessary to make your home buying or selling
experience a success.
